Hope-making around an open table

  • The Table Greenbelt Festival Kettering, England, NN14 1BJ United Kingdom (map)

BILLED AS ‘the nice people’s pop festival’ when it began in 1974, Greenbelt is more subversive than it first appeared more than 50 years ago.

The annual celebration of art, activism and belief describes itself as ‘a festival that’s inclusive, open-minded, participatory and generous in spirit’.

The theme of the 2025 festival is ‘Hope In The Making’.

Greenbelt has been a place of hope for LGBTQIA+ people for many years. As the sun sets on another festival, join with other LGBTQIA+ people and allies to share around tables what has given you hope this weekend, and what sustains you through the year.

Hosted by the Open Table Network in partnership with Inclusive Church and OUT@Greenbelt, with musical interludes from non-binary Country singers Them There Cowboys.
