OPEN TABLE SALFORD is delighted to welcome the Bishop of Manchester, Right Revd Prof David Walker, to preach at a special celebration of Communion this month.
Bishop David has oversight of the Church of England in the Greater Manchester region, including Bolton, Bury, Leigh, Manchester, Oldham, Rochdale, Rossendale, Salford, Stockport, Tameside and Trafford.
Originally from Manchester, Bishop David is passionate about serving this region and its people. Since taking up this role in 2013, Bishop David has actively supported the region’s LGBT+ community.
