OPEN TABLE BRADFORD invites you to come as you are, you’re more than welcome, to an away day with Walter Moberley, emeritus Professor of Biblical Interpretation at Durham University, who will lead us on a journey of discovery.

This is an exciting opportunity to come together and hear an eminent scholar take us through some of the challenges that people hurl at us in terms of ‘But the Bible says…’ about LGBT+ people.

It also gives us:

  • time to meet together in the beautiful surroundings of Haworth, made famous by the Brontë sisters, and enjoy a shared lunch.

  • an opportunity to worship and share together, growing stronger in love and faith.

The day will be hosted by the Bishop of Bradford, Rt Revd Dr Toby Howarth, who recently led an Open Table communion service at the Church of England’s General Synod.

For further details and to book, email Revd Andrew Howorth: A.Howorth@bradford.ac.uk.
